Executive Technology Specialist (onsite McLean, VA)
Job Summary
This person provides high-touch, white glove IT support to C-level executives and senior leadership, delivering a seamless technology experience with professionalism, discretion, and exceptional customer service.
Job Roles And Responsibilities
- Deliver concierge-level, white glove IT support for C-level executives and senior leadership, ensuring an exceptional technology experience with minimal executive disruption.
- Build trusted relationships with executives through professionalism, responsiveness, discretion, and a strong customer service mindset.
- Provide proactive, end-to-end technical support for executive office, home office, conference room, and remote work environments.
- Anticipate executive technology needs and resolve issues quickly, efficiently, and often before they impact productivity.
- Manage the setup, configuration, maintenance, and support of executive home office technology infrastructure, including internet connectivity, Wi-Fi networks, printers, peripherals, mobile devices, and collaboration tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows and Apple operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook synchronization, RSA tokens, remote access solutions, browsers, Wi-Fi, cellular broadband, and mobile devices.
- Support executive meetings, presentations, video conferencing platforms, and special events to ensure a seamless experience.
- Maintain a calm, confident, and solutions-oriented approach while supporting high-profile executives and handling urgent or high-pressure situations.
- Demonstrate exceptional soft skills, including active listening, communication, discretion, adaptability, patience, and executive-level customer service.
- Collaborate with Network, Telecommunications, Security, Infrastructure, and Server teams to implement and maintain secure and reliable technology solutions.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment while handling sensitive company and executive information.
- Create and maintain clear technical documentation, inventory records, and support procedures related to executive environments.
- Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate effectively across departments and technical teams.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, corporate security standards, and company policies.
JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, And Training)
- Minimum high school diploma required.
- Associate or bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field is preferred.
- Microsoft, Apple, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of IT support experience, including at least 3 years providing direct, dedicated support to C-level executives, senior leadership, or VIP clients in a corporate environment.
- Proven experience delivering white glove, executive-level technical support with strong executive presence and professionalism.
- Strong experience supporting both Windows and Apple environments, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, conferencing technologies, and peripherals.
- Hands-on experience supporting executive home office environments, including networking, Wi-Fi configuration, printers, conferencing solutions, and endpoint devices.
- Experience supporting executive meetings, conference room technology, and collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
- Strong experience with enterprise support and endpoint management technologies including Altiris, Tanium, Nexthink DEX, ServiceNow, VMware, and Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
- Familiarity with workstation encryption technologies, virtual desktop infrastructure, endpoint security tools, and enterprise collaboration platforms is required.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, written, and listening communication skills with the ability to interact effectively and confidently with executives and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong emotional intelligence, professionalism, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality in sensitive situations.
- Strong planning, organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently, remain composed under pressure, and deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work flexible or after-hours schedules as needed to support executive and business demands.
- Professional business attire is required as this role is onsite at our headquarters and center of excellence.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $90-95K. Specific offers take into account a candidate’s education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate’s work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.
