Responsibilities
- Provide strategic guidance and oversight across all systems engineering activities for Army C5ISR products.
- Lead complex integration efforts, ensuring seamless interoperability with current and emerging warfighting capabilities.
- Proactively identify and mitigate program-level risks.
- Drive innovation in C5ISR technologies.
- Ensure alignment with Army modernization priorities.
- Represent the program at key technical forums.
- Mentor and develop the technical expertise of the systems engineering team.
- Have a deep understanding of DOTMLPF analysis and its impact on system design and implementation.
Qualifications
- US Citizenship is required.
- An Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
- 15 years of experience related to job responsibilities.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related scientific or technical discipline.
- Understanding of DOTMLPF analysis and its impact on system design and implementation.
- A Certified Systems Engineering Professional (SEP) certification is preferred.
