About the role

Responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation and adherence to culinary standards.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, including menu planning and execution.
  • Manage staff, providing training and feedback to enhance performance.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the executive chef to develop new recipes and improve existing dishes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional chef experience, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven ability to manage a team effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Valid Food Handlers Permit.
  • Experience with kitchen equipment and technology.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Pay

Schedule

  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
