Executive Security Officer

About the role

GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer in Manhattan, NY. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional customer service skills and be able to reassure and inspire confidence through their interactions.

Responsibilities

• Tell visitors how you naturally engage with others to build meaningful connections.
• Welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors.
• Managing access control.
• Performing regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspecting security equipment and reporting any maintenance needs.
• Responding to incidents, providing first aid, and coordinating with emergency teams.
• Answering questions in person or by phone.
• Writing incident reports and communicating security concerns.
• Ensuring the safety and protection of individuals and property.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Documentation of High School Diploma or GED.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills.
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• New York Security License required.

Pay

Hourly wage of $22.10 / Hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!).

Schedule

Full-time Schedule. Mornings, Evenings, Overnights. Weekends Required.
