HEPCO, Inc. is seeking a full-time temporary Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Employee Relations and Talent Acquisition & Engagement teams.
Responsibilities
- Employee Relations Support - 45%
- Schedule meetings and coordinate calendars.
- Maintain confidential employee relations files and records.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documentation.
- Organize case-related materials and maintain accurate documentation.
- Respond to routine employee relations inquiries.
- Provide administrative support for daily Employee Relations activities.
- Talent Acquisition & Engagement Support - 25%
- Assist with recruitment administration and monitor recruitment activities.
- Maintain employment and recruitment records.
- Respond to inquiries from applicants, employees, and hiring departments.
- Prepare recruitment-related correspondence, reports, and spreadsheets.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and related administrative activities.
- HR Inbox Management and Customer Service - 10%
- Monitor shared Human Resources email inboxes.
- Route inquiries to the appropriate HR staff members.
- Respond to routine requests and provide general customer service support.
- Maintain inquiry and activity tracking logs.
- Workday Implementation Support - 10%
- Assist with data validation and system testing.
- Support process documentation and training coordination.
- Help organize implementation materials and project records.
- Provide administrative support for additional Workday-related HR projects.
- Reporting, Special Projects and General Support - 10%
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and other documents.
- Assist with special projects and departmental initiatives.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical records.
- Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources office as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous administrative support experience, preferably within Human Resources.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Workday or another Human Resources information system is preferred.

- Shift Days/Times: M-F: 9am - 5pm
