The Job
The Executive Room Chef of Salt & Ivy at Beau Rivage will lead the culinary team in delivering elevated dining experiences through exceptional food quality, strong leadership, and operational excellence. You will oversee daily kitchen operations, inspire and develop your team, and ensure every dish reflects the high standards and guest-focused service Salt & Ivy is known for.
Schedule
- Full Time
- 50 hours per week
- Shifts: 9:00am - 7:00pm
- Off: Monday & Tuesday
- Flexible to work outside of the primary schedule, including varied shifts, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
The Ideal Candidate
- 2 or more years of relevant culinary leadership experience
- Holds a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Exhibits 3+ years of prior relevant work experience
- Demonstrates proven leadership in a high volume, fast-paced kitchen environment, with a commitment to culinary excellence and elevated guest experiences
