About the role

The Executive Relationship Manager (Executive RM) is responsible for building trust and developing relationships with high-net-worth executives. They provide 'white glove' service and support, focusing on retaining and growing these relationships to deliver the full value of the firm.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate vast knowledge of and provide support on all issues pertaining to equity compensation, and understand the value proposition of Wealth Management.
  • Formulate and deliver solutions for executives' inquiries, ranging from foundational education to more complex transactions.
  • Establish relationships with a book of participants and corporate clients, identifying opportunities for business development.
  • Manage and support E*TRADE high-value participants on Shareworks and Equity Edge platforms, educating them on the intricacies of 10b5-1 plans.
  • Identify opportunities to maximize all aspects of Morgan Stanley products and services.
  • Act as a liaison between internal support teams to ensure client service needs are met promptly.
  • Mitigate risk by strictly adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure a secure and compliant work environment.
  • Effectively manage high volumes of client interactions, demonstrating strong organizational skills and a commitment to adhering to a schedule.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of client service experience.
  • FINRA Series 7 and 63 (or equivalent), and ability to be registered in all states and territories.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience in Relationship Management, Stock Plan Services, or Premium Services in the financial services industry.
  • One year of Stock Plan experience strongly preferred.
  • Professional experience establishing relationships with a book of executives and corporate clients.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • A thorough understanding of the securities industry including equity, margin, and option trading.
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and in control in a volatile business environment.
  • Dedication to exceeding client expectations, passion to excel, and outstanding oral/written communication skills.
  • Independent decision-making skills to manage and resolve issues.
  • A passion for understanding participants' financial needs in an objective manner and seamlessly delivering the full value of Morgan Stanley.

  • Competitive salary range: $90,000.00 and $110,000.00 per year.
  • Annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
