Executive Recruitment Coordinator
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. So we need to decide sections based on content. We have: - About Lucid (company description) maybe "About the role"? Actually "About Lucid" is company overview. Could be "About the role"? The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should map content accordingly. We have responsibilities: list of duties under "You Will". That's responsibilities. We have requirements: "You Bring" includes Bachelor's degree preferred, 4+ years experience, etc. Also "Preferred Characteristics". Those are qualifications/skills. We have Benefits: "Compensation & Benefits:" includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability, PTO, holidays, sick leave, 401(k), equity program, discretionary annual cash incentive. We have Pay: "Base Pay Range (Annual) $94,700—$130,240 USD". Also mention Salary Range description. We have Schedule? Not mentioned. It says on-site position out of Newark, CA. No explicit schedule (full-time). Not given, so we should not create Schedule section unless stated. So omit. We also have location note: "Please note, this is an on-site position out of Newark, CA." Could be part of responsibilities or a short paragraph. Could be included in a short
maybe under About the role? But we should not create a heading for location unless we have a section like "Location". Not in allowed headings. So we can fold into a short
maybe under About the role or Responsibilities. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, accessibility, application instructions, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to preserve all substantive information. Thus produce HTML:

Requirements
for You Bring (mandatory). UseSkills
for Preferred Characteristics. Or combine. Let's do Requirements (You Bring) and Skills (Preferred Characteristics). Also we have Benefits and Pay sections. Benefits: list medical, dental, vision insurance; life and disability coverage; paid time off; paid holidays, paid sick leave; 401(k) retirement plan; hourly/non-exempt employees accrue up to 120 hours PTO, salaried/exempt accrue up to 160 hours PTO; eligible employees may also participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual cash incentive program. Incentive and equity awards, if applicable, are determined based on individual performance, role scope, market considerations, and overall company results, in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans. We should keep that. Pay: Base Pay Range (Annual) $94,700—$130,240 USD. Also mention Salary Range description: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors. We can include that as a paragraph under Pay. Now we need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft. Check for any boilerplate: We removed EEO, equal opportunity, accessibility, application instructions, etc. Also removed duplicated lines like "At Lucid, we don’t just welcome diversity - we celebrate it!" etc. Also removed "Equal Opportunity:" etc. Also removed "Accessibility:" etc. Also removed "To be considered for employment..." etc. Also removed "Candidate Data Privacy:" etc. Also removed "To all recruitment agencies:" etc. Now ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The company description "About Lucid" we kept in About the role section. The location note we included in About the role paragraph. The "You Will" responsibilities we captured. The "You Bring" we captured as Requirements. The "Preferred Characteristics" we captured as Skills. The compensation & benefits we captured as Benefits and Pay. Check if any other substantive info: "Compensation & Benefits: Lucid offers a comprehensive and competitive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance; life and disability coverage; paid time off; paid holidays, paid sick leave; and a 401(k) retirement plan. Hourly/non-exempt employees accrue up to 120 hours paid time off, and salaried/exempt employee accrue up to 160 hours paid time off. Eligible employees may also participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual cash incentive program. Incentive and equity awards, if applicable, are determined based on individual performance, role scope, market considerations, and overall company results, in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans." We captured. Now ensure we didn't inadvertently include any boilerplate like "Lucid Motors is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace." We removed that. Now produce final HTML. Make sure to use proper escaping? Not needed. Let's write:About the role
