Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for executive and leadership positions, from sourcing through placement.
  • Develop strong partnerships with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand organizational needs and succession plans.
  • Implement creative sourcing strategies, leverage executive networks, and conduct talent mapping to attract exceptional candidates.
  • Perform comprehensive candidate evaluations and oversee the interview and selection process.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure job postings reach the right audience effectively.
  • Maintain a proactive pipeline of executive talent for current and future opportunities.
  • Provide insights on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability.
  • Deliver a professional, seamless, and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to enhance efficiency and outcomes.

Requirements

The ideal candidate excels in a fast-paced environment and has a proven history of successfully filling executive-level roles across diverse markets. They must have:

  • Proven experience in recruiting executive and senior-level talent across multiple regions.
  • A deep understanding of leadership competencies and executive search methodologies.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing abilities.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, and sourcing tools.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and strategic thinking capabilities.

Pay

Starting compensation is based on experience, and we offer a variety of benefits and incentives to support and reward our team members.

Schedule

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
