Executive Protection Security Officer
About the role
The Executive Protection Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and discreet environment for all Nemacolin guests, associates, and property assets. This role combines high-level hospitality awareness with professional protective services. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional judgment, professionalism, and the ability to respond effectively to security situations while preserving the luxury guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Respond to and act immediately on emergency incidents that occur resort wide.
- Provide protective service to VIPs, ownership, resort executive team, as well as all guests and associates on property.
- Maintain a safe, secure, and discreet environment to protect Nemacolin guests, associates, and property assets.
- Conduct company related investigations and surveillance.
- Advise on course of action for all areas of concern.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding current security laws and policies.
- Monitor assigned areas and principals.
- Patrol the building at all times and provide high profile security presence.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent required.
- PA Act 235 certification required.
- Military or law enforcement background required.
- Complete and pass a hospitality security officer certification program within 60 days.
- Pass a physical fitness evaluation prior to starting employment.
- Work various shifts, including flex shift/float position.
- Possess excellent leadership skills and be able to make sound decisions.
- Able to work independently without direct supervision.
- Maintain a current, valid driver's license.

Schedule
