Executive Protection Operations Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Executive Protection Operations Manager to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will build and refine the operational foundation for executive protection support across a global business environment. You will coordinate protective services for senior leaders and board-related activities while creating scalable processes, vendor standards, and emergency-response protocols. The position requires close partnership with internal stakeholders and external security providers to strengthen consistency, responsiveness, and risk management across regions. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Coordinate protective services for C-suite and board-related activities Develop standardized processes for travel and protective operations Evaluate and onboard security vendors, establishing performance metrics Act as a liaison among internal and external stakeholders Analyze operational issues and implement improvements Create and maintain security plans and emergency-response procedures Qualifications 5+ years in executive protection or a related security field Experience managing complex, high-stakes projects Proven vendor management and contract administration skills Background in developing operational processes and security plans Strong technology proficiency, including Microsoft Office and security systems Experience adapting operations to diverse geographical and cultural contexts College degree or equivalent required Benefits Remote work opportunity with periodic travel Engagement in a newly established role with significant impact Opportunity to work with high-level executives Access to a global network of security professionals Chance to develop scalable operational frameworks Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
