About the role
Susquehanna is currently looking for an Executive Project Assistant to support senior leadership across various trading desks. This is a full-time, on-site five days a week opportunity in our Bala Cynwyd office.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex, dynamic calendars for multiple senior leaders, including scheduling across time zones and coordinating with external counterparties
- Arrange detailed domestic and international travel (flights, accommodations, ground transport, and itineraries) with precision and contingency planning
- Own the end-to-end coordination of cross-desk initiatives, ensuring deadlines are clearly defined and tracked
- Serve as a trusted point of contact between senior leadership and internal/external stakeholders, including other desks, compliance, operations, and counterparties
Requirements
- 5+ years of executive or administrative support experience
- Familiarity with financial markets, trading desk operations, or brokerage environments, preferred
- Experience in roles that involve critical thinking, travel planning, coordination, and project management
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-directed with sharp attention to detail and sound judgement under pressure
- A bachelor's degree is preferred
- Ability to work onsite five days a week in our Bala Cynwyd office
