Executive Program Analyst
Position Details

Duties and Responsibilities
- Facilitate executive budget planning, staffing solutions, and support an assigned executive in all functional program, operational, and management areas.
- Manage complex administrative tasks, handle confidential information, and support day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Support an assigned executive in executive-level meetings and communications.
- Create, manage, and maintain complex Excel tables, reports, and database-style tracking systems with a high level of accuracy.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information.
Qualifications
- Experience directly supporting a senior Executive or working directly with a Senior Executive on highly sensitive projects.
- Experience working with a Board of Directors.
- Experience coordinating complex administrative and operational functions (calendar management, travel coordination, budgets/reimbursements, records management, etc.) for a senior Executive in accordance with organizational policies.
- Expert level proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to develop clear, professional, executive-level presentations.
Special Requirements
Effective July 1, 2025, the State of California implemented the Personal Leave Program 2025 (PLP 2025) which reduces an employee’s monthly salary in exchange for leave credits. Employees appointed to this classification will have their monthly salary reduced and will accrue hours of PLP 2025 on the first day of each pay period in accordance with the applicable bargaining contract. The salary range(s) included on this job posting do not reflect the reduction in pay.
