About the Role
This is a seasonal six-month position with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on business needs and performance.
As our Executive Producer, Content, you’ll develop and oversee the execution of new formats, series, and content buckets for our owned and operated platforms, as well as identify and build out emerging media opportunities like Podcasts, Webinars, YouTube Shorts, WhatsApp, Marco Polo, Pinterest, and more. You will inherit and oversee the current sponsored content workflows, optimizing them for maximum results, and collaborate across editorial, social, influencer, and sales teams to create net-new business opportunities for KCL across all media. This role is equal parts creative, strategic, and operational: you’ll develop cross-functional playbooks that enable velocity, scale, and opportunity, ensuring collaborating teams can execute with clarity, creativity, and impact. In a fast-paced environment, you’ll balance the now and the next: optimizing today’s revenue-driving content while helping build tomorrow’s audience growth engine through a lens of untapped opportunities that ultimately drive new business and new audiences for KCL. Above all, you’ll champion a content development strategy that attracts, retains, and activates new audiences and strategic partners, while keeping KCL’s voice bold, useful, and unmistakable.
