NVE Experience Agency is a brand experience and production agency dedicated to building ideas rooted in culture and guided by the principle that “The Right Moment Will Transform Someone Forever.” NVE’s team of creatives, strategists, and producers develop insight-driven ideas that convert consumer attention into commitment, action, and brand loyalty.

About the role

NVE Experience Agency seeks an Executive Producer to lead large-scale B2B programs from concept through execution, with a focus on corporate events and experiences. This is a hands-on role where you will own production across your full slate of projects rather than simply oversee it. You will lead complex and/or large-scale B2B projects end-to-end, translating client briefs into clear scopes, budgets, and timelines, directing internal teams and vendor partners, and supporting the agency's new business pipeline alongside the rest of the production department.

Strong relationship skills, a service mentality, and the ability to provide multiple options for solutions are essential. You are equally comfortable presenting to a client's leadership team and standing on a loading dock at 5am. B2B audiences demand high standards—your production must hold up under scrutiny while staying invisible. An extensive background in B2B events and experiences is required, including proprietary conferences, third-party conference activations (booths, meetings, offsite activations), and white-glove corporate hospitality-focused events.

Responsibilities

  • Project Delivery
    • Develop scope, budget, timeline, and staffing plans from client briefs, translating creative intent into buildable, costed plans.
    • Serve as the senior production lead, building and owning core project documentation (deliverable timelines, production schedules, budgets, floor plans, session grids, run of show).
    • Lead large-scale, high-complexity B2B programs from concept through strike, including customer/user conferences, industry tradeshows, executive summits, product launches, sales/partner events, and multi-city field programs.
    • Own projects end-to-end: registration, general session, breakouts, expo/sponsor spaces, hospitality/F&B, signage/wayfinding, and transitions between elements.
    • Manage the attendee journey: arrival/registration, session capacity, room turns, movement between spaces, accessibility, and multi-day agenda pacing.
    • Coordinate with client stakeholders (marketing, communications, content, IT, security) and support executive/speaker logistics (rehearsals, content deadlines).
    • Manage venue, convention center, and hotel relationships (space holds, floor plan approvals, in-house AV/exclusive vendors, union labor rules, F&B minimums).
    • Be on-site during load-in, strike, rehearsals, and daily show flow, solving problems in real time.
    • Ensure programs are delivered on time, on budget, and to NVE’s standards with clear communication across teams.
  • Client Management
    • Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring needs are heard, understood, and addressed.
    • Provide clear communications about roles, scope, budget, and schedules.
    • Serve as the production subject-matter expert, advising on feasibility within constraints and presenting options.
  • Budget Management
    • Build and own project budgets from estimate through final reconciliation.
    • Set target margins, track spend, and flag variances early.
    • Oversee invoices and vendor payments; negotiate with vendors for best value.
  • New Business
    • Support the agency’s pipeline by contributing B2B event expertise to pitches/RFP responses.
    • Translate pitch concepts into realistic scopes, budgets, and timelines.
    • Transition wins into delivery, carrying scope/budget assumptions intact.
  • Team Management
    • Build, lead, and develop teams, mentoring producers and production managers.
    • Create training/development plans and conduct regular check-ins.
    • Foster collaboration to ensure deliverables are met.
    • Interview/hire full-time and freelance staff; allocate resources across projects.
    • Ensure compliance with company policy for onboarding and timesheets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of event production experience.
  • Proven track record leading large-scale B2B events (customer conferences, tradeshows, executive summits, hospitality programs).
  • Experience producing complex, multi-day, multi-track programs with agendas across multiple rooms/venues.
  • Familiarity with venue contracting (conference centers, hotels, 4-wall venues), including in-house vendors, union labor, F&B minimums, and room blocks.
  • Strong project management skills; ability to lead teams while staying hands-on.
  • 5–7 years of management/supervisory experience.
  • Technical production knowledge (AV, staging, lighting, rigging, power, networking).
  • Extensive freelance/vendor network (AV, exhibit houses, general contractors).
  • Strong written/verbal communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft/Apple applications and project management software.
  • Understanding of permitting standards (TPA, Special Event, Fire, Health & Safety, Building & Safety, Noise) and permit procurement timelines.
  • Ability to manage tasks across multiple projects/clients simultaneously.
  • Must be able to remain stationary 50%+ of the time (remote work) and stand 50%+ of the time (on-site).
  • Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and lift up to 25 lbs (occasionally heavier).
  • Availability to work weekends/evenings as needed for events.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Mainstage/general session show production (scripting, run of show, speaker rehearsals, calling the show).
  • Experience managing executive/speaker logistics (rehearsal schedules, content deadlines, green room operations).
  • Broadcast, livestream, or hybrid event production (multi-camera capture, streaming distribution).
  • Experience with VIP hospitality, keynotes, tradeshows, or content production.
  • B2C event experience or international event production.
  • Experience with tech clients or interactive technology.
  • Working knowledge of registration systems, attendee data, and capacity management.

  • Paid parental leave.
  • Company gatherings & retreats.
  • Growth & development opportunities.
