Executive Producer

We are an experiential marketing agency focused on creating impactful brand experiences. Our team is comprised of women and employee owners dedicated to helping brands stand out and connect with their audiences authentically.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex projects and campaigns from proposal through reconciliation
• Serve as the senior client contact on scope, budgets, and delivery of the promised audience experience
• Oversee and mentor producers, ensuring milestones are met across creative and production phases
• Collaborate with strategists, creatives, and client services on project design and delivery
• Develop and manage project and proposal budgets; review and approve vendor invoices
• Build and sustain trusted client relationships beyond individual projects to support future opportunities
• Facilitate post-project evaluations with clients and internal teams to drive continuous improvement
• Ensure accurate project documentation, vendor negotiations, and asset archiving

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in production or project management with a strong record of leading large-scale programs
• Deep expertise in managing budgets of all sizes and negotiating vendor partnerships
• Effective communication at all levels—clients, executives, and cross-functional teams alike
• Ability to stay calm and solutions-focused under pressure and shifting deadlines
• Passion for creating bold, engaging, and meaningful live and digital experiences

Additional Details

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in production or project management with a strong record of leading large-scale programs required.
• Travel: This role involves heavy travel. All business travel is reimbursed in accordance with federal and state guidelines.
• Compensation & Benefits: For this role, we offer a base salary range of $150,000 - $185,000. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies, and work location. Please note that the base pay range is a guideline, and actual offers may differ to account for internal equity and market conditions.
