Executive Producer
About the role
We are an experiential marketing agency that creates dynamic brand experiences. This role involves leading large, complex projects and campaigns from proposal through reconciliation, serving as the senior client contact, overseeing and mentoring producers, collaborating with strategists, creatives, and client services, developing and managing project and proposal budgets, building and sustaining trusted client relationships, facilitating post-project evaluations, and ensuring accurate project documentation.
Responsibilities
- Lead large, complex projects and campaigns from proposal through reconciliation
- Serve as the senior client contact on scope, budgets, and delivery of the promised audience experience
- Oversee and mentor producers, ensuring milestones are met across creative and production phases
- Collaborate with strategists, creatives, and client services on project design and delivery
- Develop and manage project and proposal budgets; review and approve vendor invoices
- Build and sustain trusted client relationships beyond individual projects to support future opportunities
- Facilitate post-project evaluations with clients and internal teams to drive continuous improvement
- Ensure accurate project documentation, vendor negotiations, and asset archiving
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years in production or project management with a strong record of leading large-scale programs required. Heavy travel is involved.

Deep expertise in managing budgets of all sizes and negotiating vendor partnerships, effective communication at all levels, love for mentoring others and leading large, multidisciplinary teams, balance between creativity and structure, passion for creating bold, engaging, and meaningful live and digital experiences.

Pay
$150,000 - $185,000 base salary range, with individual total compensation varying based on qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies, and work location.
Schedule
This role involves heavy travel. All business travel is reimbursed in accordance with federal and state guidelines.
