Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, organizing meetings, preparing reports, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Aid in the preparation and distribution of internal and external communications on behalf of executive leadership.
- Conduct research and analysis on a variety of topics to assist the executive team in making informed business decisions.
- Manage various operational tasks, including office maintenance, inventory management, and liaising with external vendors.
- Streamline administrative procedures, inventory control, office staff supervision, and task delegation.
- Ensure confidentiality and discretion in all communications and documents.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in an executive support role.
- Strong knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
