Executive Operations Manager, Tech
About the role
We are hiring an Executive Operations Manager, Tech to report to our VP Engineering and serve as a trusted operating partner to our CTO and department heads across Engineering, Product, Design, and Analytics. The role will be most deeply focused on the CTO and VP Engineering, while providing ongoing, dependable support to each EPDA leader. This role sits at the intersection of executive partnership and tech operations. You will maintain active support relationships with all EPDA department heads, understand what each leader needs, and allocate your time transparently as priorities shift. You will protect leadership time, keep important decisions and follow-ups moving, and build lightweight systems that help EPDA operate as one team. On any given week, that may mean redesigning a leader’s calendar around the decisions that matter, preparing an OKR or all-hands update, helping negotiate a software renewal, coordinating an EPDA offsite, or driving a security initiative across several teams. This is a hands-on role for someone who is equally comfortable with high-stakes executive support and operational ownership. You will not just schedule meetings; you will understand why they matter, make thoughtful tradeoffs, prepare the right context, and ensure decisions turn into action. Location and in-office expectations: In-office role in NYC. Occasional travel is expected for offsites and company events.
