Executive Operational Planning Manager

The Opportunity

You will serve as the strategic advisor and operational partner to USAA's Charlotte office General Manager, ensuring effective execution of business priorities, organizational objectives, and regional initiatives.

You will work closely with Charlotte teammates, association stakeholders, and functional partners to execute campus, culture, community, and safety initiatives, ensuring the Charlotte office operates with excellence and purpose.

You will manage the day-to-day Charlotte campus operations, fostering a workplace environment that supports employee engagement, culture, safety, and operational excellence.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is: $99,580.00 - $179,240.00.
