Job Description
The Executive Assistant role entails working to provide support to the Co-Chief Investment Officer of Blackstone. The responsibilities of the Executive Assistant include:
- Managing highly complex calendars, including scheduling internal and external meetings, confirming appointments, and partnering closely with other assistants to ensure seamless business coordination.
- Serving as a gatekeeper and primary point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders.
- Cooking meetings and calls across multiple stakeholders, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to frequent changes and shifting priorities.
- Arranging and managing intensive domestic and international travel, including maintaining detailed travel spreadsheets and preparing comprehensive trip packets.
- Providing detailed itineraries and ensuring all travel logistics are planned, communicated, and executed flawlessly.
- Preparing, reviewing, and submitting complex expense reports with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring full compliance with company policies.
- Supporting a wide range of ad hoc and special projects as needed.
