Key Responsibilities
- Data Management: Manage the Quality MIS, including data collection from various testing phases and generating actionable insights.
- Sensory & Lab Testing: Conduct and supervise sensory evaluations and analytical lab testing to ensure product consistency.
- Quality Support: Assist the QA team in routine quality control checks and assurance documentation.
- Analysis: Provide trend analysis on raw material and finished goods quality.
Candidate Profile
- Education: B.Tech/ M.Sc or Diploma in Food Technology
- Skills: Strong analytical mindset, proficiency in Excel/Data tools, and understanding of food lab equipment.
