About the Role
This role supports clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution, strengthening care quality, team performance, and measurable outcomes within a healthcare environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Serve as chief clinical leader for advanced primary care and specialty care providers
- Collaborate with value-based contracting and analytics teams to assess provider performance
- Shape strategic engagement with value-based providers
- Accountable for performance metrics including cost, quality, and member experience
- Contribute to medical affairs leadership in enhancing overall provider performance
- Ensure timely compliance with regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree required
- Active medical license without encumbrances
- Board Certified with Maintenance of Certification in specialty
- 5-10 years in managed care, value-based care, and quality
- 5 years in value-based care delivery
- Ability to navigate a complex organization
- Effective engagement with diverse stakeholders

Pay
$227,630 – $490,280 annually
