This role will turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a life sciences environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Establishes and maintains relationships with payer stakeholders, focusing on Medical Affairs
- Delivers fair-balanced clinical presentations to payers on request
- Collaborates with Market Access to address payer evidence gaps and support reimbursement readiness
- Translates clinical evidence into relevant insights for payer decision-makers
- Gathers and synthesizes payer insights for internal communication and strategy optimization
- Oversees the development and maintenance of payer scientific materials
- Trains internal teams on payer-facing strategies and materials
Qualifications
- Advanced scientific degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, etc.) with 5+ years as a Medical Science Liaison
- Experience with orphan products and rare diseases, especially Phenylketonuria
- Hands-on experience with KOLs, clinicians, and payers, focusing on strategic partnerships
- Ability to deliver high-impact presentations and communicate complex clinical data clearly
- Strong skills in gathering payer insights and operationalizing them for internal teams
Pay
$201,000 – $240,000 annually
