Job Description
The Executive Medical Affairs Administrator will be supporting the Medical Affairs Governance and Training and will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support activities.
The individual will be a trusted partner who will handle sensitive and confidential information, and will interact with employees at all levels of the organization as well as external contacts.
Key responsibilities
- Performs daily checks within client chosen platform (Cyber Grants) to identify gaps in the Investigator Sponsored Study (ISS) process and provide follow-up
- Works hand in hand with the Grant Administrator to provide support but must also exercise independent judgment in the establishment of priorities
- Works closely with Medical Affairs, Legal and Ethics and Compliance Departments
- Uploads documents to Cyber Grants and runs reports as needed
- Maintains all files and other pertinent correspondence to be retained. Exercises good judgment in the retention, and routing
- Performs all administrative duties including writing emails, letters, and other necessary materials
- This position will assist the assigned Project Manager of C2C in the creation of role-based curricula by assisting with the running report in client Learning Module System (SAP) and analyzing data in excel
- Responsible for working with Medical Affairs team in updating Policies and SOP’s associated with Investigator Sponsored Studies
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s Degree in related field (business, medical or related analytical field) preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), SharePoint, and Teams
- VLookup in Excel and the other analytic skills required to merge multiple excel files
- Experience working in mid/large complex and diverse environments
- Tech Savvy or possess the willingness to learn new computer platforms
