Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage sanitary inspections.
- Verify and correct product storage and preparation based on Craft Food Halls standards.
- Streamline kitchen processes to maintain prompt service times.
- Perform random quality control checks on food leaving the kitchen.
- Check and maintain hot and cold storage temperature control points.
- Supervise kitchen staff adherence to food and safety standards.
- Maintain a positive work environment for team members.
- Train kitchen staff on menu builds and standards.
- Comfortable with corrective action and training.
- Set and verify regular cleaning and organizational standards.
- Conduct daily alignments with team members and management.
- Partner with the General Manager and ensure open communication.
- Communicate scheduling needs based on anticipated business activity.
- Execute all aspects of the CFH HACCP Plan and uphold standards.
- Monitor and update par levels.
Knowledge
- Kitchen operations and cooking techniques.
- Basic Google Workplace and Microsoft knowledge.
