IDR is seeking an Executive Experience Consultant - New York City, NY to join one of our top clients for an onsite opportunity. This role involves designing and delivering high-impact executive briefings within a dynamic, fast-paced environment, focusing on creating memorable, human-centered experiences for top-level clients and stakeholders in the technology sector. The position combines strategic advisory with hands-on program execution, emphasizing hospitality, relationship management, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a strategic orchestrator and delivery lead for a high-volume executive briefing program, ensuring seamless, personalized, and impactful customer experiences.
• Designs and executes every element of the briefing process, from pre-arrival preparations to post-visit follow-up, with a focus on anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
• Acts as the central relationship node, managing vendor relationships, coordinating logistics, and serving as the primary onsite contact during briefings.
• Operates effectively in a high-pressure environment, troubleshooting issues in real-time and maintaining high standards of execution throughout all engagements.
• Builds strong, trust-based relationships with C-level executives, internal teams, and third-party vendors to uphold program excellence and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in executive marketing, event management, or customer-facing program management in a large, complex organization.
• A genuine, deeply held commitment to hospitality—the belief that how people feel in your care is as important as what they take away.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment without compromising quality.
• Strong executive presence: confidently, warmly, and clearly communicating at all organizational levels, from administrative staff to C-suite.
• Demonstrated skill as a relationship manager—building trust across vendors, internal stakeholders, and senior customer contacts alike.
