Executive Director, Therapeutic Strategy Lead, Oncology

Responsibilities

• Support the Therapeutic Area Leader in developing clinical trial delivery strategies
• Collaborate with Sales to manage customer opportunities from initial contact to project award
• Contribute to the budget development for proposed project strategies that align with pricing and contribution margin targets
• Mentor project leaders to facilitate an effective transition of strategy and project understanding
• Absorb and communicate strategies effectively during bid defense meetings

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of global clinical research experience including operational delivery or drug development
• Broad protocol knowledge and experience in the biopharma industry
• Strong business acumen and aptitude for financial considerations
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to foster relationships across various functions

Pay

• $179,500 – $356,500 annually
