About the role

The Springs at Clackamas Woods is seeking an Executive Director to oversee operations, residents, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the community
• Lead a team of approximately 200 employees
• Manage multiple departments and competing priorities
• Ensure compliance with assisted living, memory care, and independent living regulations
• Support and develop a warm and engaging environment for residents and staff
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the broader community
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality of care and resident satisfaction
• Ensure the community remains a vibrant and exceptional place to live

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Knowledge of assisted living, memory care, and independent living regulations
• Current ALF/RCF Administrator license
• 5+ years of experience as a senior living professional, leading large teams
