Qualifications

• 5-7 years of Public Housing experience with increasing responsibility
• Moving-to-Work experience preferred
• Public Housing Management Certification
• Relocation to Sheffield is preferred

Responsibilities

Exercises direct supervision over all departments, programs and employees of the Housing Authority.

Responsible for the agency’s development of affordable housing and the modernization of affordable housing units.

Performs a variety of tasks related to the overall success, viability and growth of the Housing Authority.

Directly responsible for the operations and management of the agency.

In collaboration with the Board of Commissioners, ensures the financial and operational viability of the agency and impacts the growth and success of the agency.

Requires highly developed leadership, management, communication and change management skills, constantly re-prioritizing strategies, projects, tasks, budgets and resources.

Requirements

Applicant should have 5-7 years of Public Housing experience with increasing responsibility

Moving-to-Work experience preferred

Public Housing Management Certification

Relocation to Sheffield is preferred
