About the role

Steer multi-faceted tech programs, integrating innovative solutions for a dynamic impact across global operations. As a Principal Technical Program Manager in Enterprise Technology - Corporate Sector, you will lead complex, multi-functional technology projects and programs that impact experiences for clients, employees, and stakeholders. Your advanced analytical reasoning and adaptability skills will enable you to break down business, technical, and operational objectives into manageable tasks while navigating ambiguity and driving change. With demonstrated technical fluency, you will manage resources, budgets, and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions aligned with the firm's strategic goals. Your exceptional communication and influencing abilities will foster productive relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective risk management. In this role, you will contribute to developing new policies and processes, shaping the future of our technology landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic technical program plans, aligning with organizational goals and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Oversee complex program execution by managing resources, budgets, and timelines while mitigating risks and addressing roadblocks.
  • Use enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate program planning, dependency/risk synthesis, and executive-ready reporting, validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity requirements.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams, providing direction and defining decision-making procedures for beneficial outcomes.
  • Champion continuous improvement by identifying process optimization opportunities, incorporating best practices, and staying abreast of emerging technologies.
  • Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for program governance and continuous improvement routines, ensuring human review and alignment to delivery standards.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in large organizations (NAMR/APAC – India/LATAM/Hong Kong).
  • Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to support technical program management workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity.
  • Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following data handling expectations.
  • Advanced analytical reasoning skills, applying critical thinking and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, and operational objectives.
  • Proven ability in leading through change, managing dependencies, and controlling change in high-pressure, shifting environments.
  • Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, establishing productive relationships, and driving beneficial outcomes aligned with firm objectives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strategy consulting, business transformation, corporate strategy, or enterprise program leadership experience.
  • Proven track record identifying high-value opportunities and converting them into funded initiatives and measurable business outcomes.
  • Expertise in structured problem solving, hypothesis-based analysis, and executive-level storytelling.
  • Experience creating operating models, governance structures, and prioritization frameworks that improve decision-making and execution.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to quantify benefits, build value cases, and track realized outcomes.

Pay

Competitive total rewards package including base salary determined based on the role, experience, skill set, and location. Eligible roles may receive commission-based pay and/or discretionary incentive compensation, paid in the form of cash and/or forfeitable equity, awarded in recognition of individual achievements and contributions.
