Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all aspects of the senior living community operations
  • Ensure exceptional quality of care and service aligned with the needs of seniors and their families
  • Lead, develop, and motivate a dynamic, caring team to deliver outstanding resident experiences
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary professionals to promote a supportive and engaging environment
  • Manage budgets, staffing, and compliance to meet financial and regulatory goals
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in senior care services

Requirements

  • Five to eight years of proven leadership experience in senior living or healthcare management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for improving seniors’ lives
  • Ability to drive results in a collaborative and resident-focused environment
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in senior living communities
  • Commitment to building and leading high-performing teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, nursing, or human services, or preferred combination of education and experience supervising others in a senior living, healthcare, or hospitality environment
  • Current state/federal/local required certification or license to manage a community
