Executive Director, Revenue Cycle Management
About the role
Build and lead a centralized revenue cycle function that supports operational excellence, financial performance, and future growth across Access Infusion Care, a growing ambulatory infusion platform dedicated to delivering high-quality care to patients in rural and underserved communities across Michigan, Montana, Mississippi, and Delaware.
Location: Flexible (Remote, Hybrid, or Based at an Existing Access Infusion Care Location). Travel: Approximately 25%.
Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of revenue cycle operations, including billing, collections, denials, appeals, cash posting, and revenue cycle performance.
- Build and develop a centralized revenue cycle team supporting multiple locations and future acquisitions.
- Drive improvements in cash collections, accounts receivable performance, and key revenue cycle metrics.
- Partner with executive leadership on forecasting, reporting, operational strategy, and growth initiatives.
- Oversee revenue cycle systems, vendor relationships, compliance activities, and payor escalations.
- Develop reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics to support organizational decision-making.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive healthcare revenue cycle leadership experience.
- Demonstrated success building, transforming, or leading a centralized revenue cycle function.
- Strong knowledge of billing, claims management, denial resolution, collections, and revenue cycle analytics.
- Experience leading and developing teams across multiple locations.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in ambulatory infusion, specialty pharmacy, home infusion, home health, or other complex healthcare provider settings.
- Experience with WeInfuse, Plenful, CareTend, BrightTree, or similar revenue cycle platforms.
- Master's degree and/or relevant industry certifications are a plus.

Pay
Salary Range: $150,000 - $190,000 USD annual + bonus potential.
