Responsibilities
- Build and lead the RWD Innovation Center defining its mission and operating model
- Serve as the authority on RWD strategy within the organization
- Create data connectivity architecture for Global Medical's needs
- Facilitate integration of RWD with AI and digital tools in Medical studies
- Drive innovation in data sources and design paradigms
- Facilitate integration of RWD with AI and digital tools in Medical studies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (PhD preferred) in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Health Sciences, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in real-world evidence, epidemiology, or health data science
- In-depth expertise with RWD databases like claims, EMR/EHR, and registries
- Proven ability to build and manage data access programs
- Strong communication skills for leadership-level representation
