About the role
This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a life sciences environment.
Responsibilities
- Operationalize the GxP Quality Operating Model including full lifecycle management of digital platforms
- Partner across functions to define detailed workflow and business requirements
- Drive the transition from process-centric QMS operations to platform-enabled quality execution
- Establish rigorous platform operating disciplines for governance and performance
- Collaborate with R&D, Operations, and Quality teams to maintain regulatory compliance
- Lead adoption initiatives ensuring readiness for new digital quality platforms
- Define and track platform health metrics linked to operational KPIs and user experience
Requirements
- Doctorate degree with 6 years of experience in Quality, Operations, Product Development, or Digital fields, or equivalent educational + experience combo
- 6+ years of managerial experience in leadership roles
- Strong expertise in Digital Quality, including AI-enablement
- 8+ years of leadership managing complex programs or enterprise transformations preferred
- Deep understanding of GxP global regulations and digital quality workflows
Pay
$263,692 – $322,290 annually
