About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy for GxP Quality Execution Platforms transforming quality processes into digital workflows
  • Collaborate across departments to define process, technology, and regulatory requirements that drive outcomes
  • Oversee evolution from traditional QMS to platform-enabled quality execution supporting GxP objectives
  • Establish governance for platform operations including defect management and service health
  • Ensure platform solutions meet compliance and inspection-readiness standards across various functions
  • Drive user adoption and performance support for implemented platforms
  • Define metrics for platform effectiveness tied to quality, compliance, and ROI

Qualifications

  • Doctorate degree & 6 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree & 10 years, or Bachelor's degree & 12 years in Quality, Operations, or Digital functions
  • 6+ years of managerial experience managing teams or leading projects
  • Preferred: 8+ years managing leaders, complex programs or enterprise transformations in a GxP context
  • Expertise in AI-enabled Digital Quality and understanding of GxP regulations
  • Experience with enterprise platform transformations and operational AI applications

Pay

$263,692 – $322,290 annually
