Executive Director, Product Strategy
for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)
2. Use - for lists of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose
3. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it)
4. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it
5. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail
6. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions
7. Include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text
8. Never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them
9. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones
10. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences
Let me analyze the job posting content:
The posting has:
- Company description (Labcorp overview)
- Role description (hybrid Executive Director, Product Strategy, location, schedule)
- Responsibilities (multiple sections: Product strategy, Digital Customer Experience And Offering, Roadmap Ownership and Execution, Team leadership & cross-functional collaboration, Partner collaborations)
- Minimum Qualifications
- Preferred Qualifications
- Additional Job Standards
- About The Role (more detailed description)
- Compensation/Bonus info
- Benefits section
- EEO/legal boilerplate (to remove)
I need to structure this into appropriate sections. The user specified possible headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
Looking at the content:
- "About The Role" section exists in the posting - I should use that as "About the role"
- Responsibilities are clearly listed with sub-sections
- Minimum Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications could be combined under "Requirements" or "Qualifications"
- Additional Job Standards could be "Skills" or part of qualifications
- Benefits are explicitly listed
- Pay/compensation info is present (bonus plan, compensation may include incentives)
- Schedule is mentioned (hybrid, minimum 3 in-office days)
I should create sections for:
1. About the role (from "About The Role" section)
2. Responsibilities (from the Responsibilities section with sub-bullets)
3. Requirements (combining Minimum Qualifications, Preferred Qualifications, Additional Job Standards)
4. Benefits (from Benefits section)
5. Pay (from compensation/bonus info)
6. Schedule (from the hybrid schedule mention)
I need to be careful not to include boilerplate (EEO, accessibility, privacy statement, etc.)
Let me draft the HTML:
First, a brief intro paragraph about the company and role location/schedule? The posting starts with company description, then "Labcorp is seeking a hybrid Executive Director..." with schedule info. I could put the company description and role summary in "About the role" or a separate intro paragraph. Since "About the role" is a heading, I'll put the role description there.
The schedule is mentioned: "This schedule includes a minimum of three in-office days per week and two days working remotely, supporting both collaboration and flexibility" - this should go in Schedule section.
Location: "10 Moore Drive, NC" - could be in Schedule or About the role.
Pay: "All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills... eligible for an annual bonus under the Labcorp Bonus Plan... Compensation may also include discretionary short- and long-term incentive packages." - this is substantive pay info.
Benefits: detailed benefits listed.
Now, for Responsibilities: there are 5 sub-sections with bullet points. I should preserve the structure. Use
for Responsibilities, then maybe sub-headings? But the rule says use for section headings. The sub-sections (Product strategy, Digital Customer Experience, etc.) could be or just bold text within the list? The instruction says "use for section headings" and "use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits". It doesn't mention sub-headings. I think I should keep the sub-sections as part of the responsibilities list, perhaps using for the sub-section titles within list items, or create nested lists. But the instruction says "use
- for any list of duties". The responsibilities are listed as bullet points under each sub-section. I could make a list for each sub-section, but that would be multiple lists. Better to have one Responsibilities section with sub-sections as
? But the instruction only mentions for section headings. However, semantic HTML allows for subsections. The user didn't forbid it. But they said "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)". That implies top-level sections are h3. Subsections could be h4. I'll use h4 for the responsibility sub-sections.
Similarly for Requirements: Minimum Qualifications, Preferred Qualifications, Additional Job Standards could be h4 under Requirements.
Let me structure:
