Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team focused on enterprise project portfolio management operations
- Partner with IT Shared Services and Finance to oversee the annual portfolio funding process
- Enhance portfolio prioritization and operational processes for improved decision-making
- Manage staff through hiring, training, and performance evaluation
- Establish project management best practices and maintain project repositories
- Align project portfolios with strategic business goals
- Develop reporting tools and metrics for Governance Committees
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) required; Master's degree and/or LOMA certification preferred
- 10+ years of experience in project management, portfolio management, and resource management required
- 5+ years of management experience required, with direct experience in leading a PMO
- 10+ years of experience in a PMO function and operating within enterprise applications preferred
- Experience managing large international/global projects preferred
- Effective management of virtual teams preferred
- Certifications in Six Sigma, Microsoft, and PeopleSoft preferred
Pay
$126,710 – $188,840 annually
