About the Role

Responsible for providing strategic direction, planning, and execution of marketing for assigned partnership portfolio across the enterprise. This position oversees client acquisition, retention, upselling, reporting, and forecasting. Additionally, this role provides executive leadership for enterprise-wide strategies to elevate the organization's network of care. In addition, this position actively participates in outstanding customer service and maintains respectful relationships. This role collaborates with various departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts. Responsible for driving volume and enhancing the organization's market presence.

Responsibilities

  • Leads the development and execution of partnership portfolio awareness and volume-driving strategies, including all written, designed, and video formats.
  • Oversees strategic consumer marketing for various service lines, including traditional advertising, digital and social marketing, reputation management, and community events.
  • Directs contracting, valuation, and promotions for sports, entertainment, and strategic business partnerships.
  • Manages partnership medical integration, including clinical model development and relationships with physicians and other providers.
  • Collaborates with research, network development, operations, and finance to build proformas, deployment plans, ROI dashboards, and governance structures.
  • Conducts market research to understand consumer data and implement innovative marketing strategies.
  • Formalizes and adjusts strategic marketing plans annually, focusing on ROI measurements and specific goals.
  • Monitors team performance, develops improvement methods, and sets goals. Manages operational and marketing budgets, leading teams and resources responsibly.
  • Builds and maintains strategic relationships with community partners to enhance engagement and marketing opportunities.
  • Ensures the professional growth and development of the team through coaching and mentorship.
  • Adheres to policies and procedures to protect patient information and obtain proper consent for marketing activities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Sports Marketing, Business or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience required; 5+ years leadership experience required; 5+ years of hands on experience in partnerships required; experience in budget management required; 5+ years in healthcare industry preferred; fifteen (15) years of experience preferred.

  • Strong leadership skills with the agility to work cross-functionally in a matrixed organization, displays emotional intelligence and the ability to effectively interface with a wide range of people from hospital CEO and senior executive management to physicians and front line clinical and non-clinical personnel.

  • Excellent organization, communication, and process management skills. Ability to problem solve, identify root causes of obstacles and address fundamental issues and concerns.

  • Effective oral and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information in understandable terms to all levels of staff, proven relationship-building skills among executives, staff, physicians, and community partners.
  • Expert-level knowledge of integrated marketing, business planning, creative concepting and execution, digital and social media, event planning, research analysis, and physician relations.
  • Financial management and budgeting expertise.
  • Ability to manage, coach and develop dynamic team members driving for results including meeting and exceeding marketing volume budgets.
  • Understanding of branding, content strategy development and project management best practices.
  • Effective computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, Sales Force and Workamajig/Q.

Preferred Skills

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.

Pay & Schedule

Full time, Day shift. Pay range: $111,800.00 - $207,979.20.
