Education

Responsibilities

  • Shape fundraising strategy by partnering directly with executive leadership to define financial goals and launch high-impact capital campaigns that fuel our healthcare mission
  • Inspire major and planned giving through the design and execution of innovative marketing initiatives, cultivating deep donor relationships that secure long-term estate commitments
  • Craft the organization’s philanthropic narrative by leading the creative direction, writing, and production of donor communications, newsletters, and annual reports that connect supporters to our patient-care victories
  • Guard financial health and integrity by managing campaign budgets and directing internal and external audits to ensure absolute compliance and optimal use of allocated funds

Qualifications

  • High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management
  • Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management
