Key Responsibilities
- Lead F&B strategy, menu engineering, pricing, and concept development
- Elevate service culture and ensure luxury-level guest satisfaction
- Oversee multi-outlet operations, banquet/event execution, and SOP compliance
- Drive P&L performance, forecasting, labor optimization, and cost controls
- Build a strong leadership pipeline through coaching, mentorship, and succession planning
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure seamless resort-wide guest experiences
What We Are Looking For
- 8+ years of progressive F&B leadership; 5+ years at senior/executive level
- Experience overseeing multi-outlet operations and high-volume events (at least $30 million in annual banquet revenue and over 250 events per year)
- Proven success improving guest satisfaction, financial results, and team culture
- Strong financial acumen and operational discipline
- Background in luxury hospitality, resorts, or large conference environments preferred
- Culinary knowledge and food safety certification a plus
