About the role
The Executive Director of Finance & Accounting will lead the finance and accounting functions of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Oversee financial planning and reporting processes
- Manage budgeting and forecasting activities
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies
- Develop and implement financial strategies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment on financial goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in finance and accounting
- Proven leadership skills and experience in managing teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of financial management software and tools
Qualifications
- CPA certification preferred
- Experience working in non-profit organizations is a plus
