The Job

The Executive Director of Asian Marketing drives the thrill of the casino experience; sparking increased guest visits and delivering standout, personalized service that keeps players coming back for more. Every interaction is crafted with excellence and carried out in full alignment with MGM Resorts International’s world-class standards, policies, and procedures.

Day-to-day

• Determine and evaluate customers’ casino activity to provide corresponding incentives
• Use authorization to approve comps and allowances (room, food, beverage, events tickets, promo chips, free play, airfare, or discounts)
• Drive incremental business, with a focus on inactive customers and maintain customer base
• Authorize and grant amount of marker authorization limits to qualifying customers
• Evolve a player development skillset by engaging new and inactive customers
• Aid in critical business decisions regarding customer credit lines, allowances, and comps while managing customers to profitable levels

The Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience

Pay Range

The pay range for this role is: $95,700.00 - $127,600.00
