Responsibilities
- Represent the Y in the community by developing and maintaining positive relationships with members, staff, local organizations, and community members.
- Expand and innovate initiatives and programs for Advancing Whole Health through partnerships and resource development.
- Lead and develop program logistics, records, and program evaluation reports while managing budgets, forecasting, and department sustainability.
- Lead strategic plan goals and marketing efforts to promote Y programs and services across the teams of Impact and Advocacy, Experience and Advancement.
- Cultivate and sustain partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and stakeholders to enhance community impact and program initiatives.
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and financial management skills.
- Expertise in organizational development and stakeholder engagement.
- Knowledge of industry trends, advocacy, and team management.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- At least five years of community outreach experience.
- Proficiency in Windows-based software such as Daxko, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong organizational, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Supervisory, administrative, and financial management abilities.
- Some evening and weekend work is required to oversee programs.

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary is $87,500 per year or based on experience and qualifications.
