About the role

The Director of Strategic Health Initiatives is responsible for developing and executing long-term strategies to expand the organization's market reach, build referral relationships, and foster strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term strategies to expand the organization's market reach.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with leaders, government agencies, referral sources, and community stakeholders.
• Represent the organization with the highest level of professionalism in every interaction.
• Communicate effectively with employees, leadership, referral partners, and community stakeholders.
• Manage multiple priorities, changing deadlines, and high-pressure situations while maintaining professionalism, sound judgment, and effective decision-making.
• Travel frequently to visit referral sources, attend healthcare and community events, conduct business development meetings, and represent the organization at conferences and educational programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Five years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare business development, provider relations, strategic planning, healthcare marketing, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated success developing referral relationships.
• Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel.

• Preferred Master's Degree.
• Home Health experience.
• Department of Labor program experience.
• Federal healthcare program knowledge.
• CRM experience.
