Jane Doe No More is seeking a mission-driven Executive Director to build on two decades of survivor-led impact and guide the organization into its next chapter.
Responsibilities
- Organizational strategy development
- Fundraising and grant writing
- Financial oversight and budget management
- Program growth and expansion
- Strategic communications and public relations
- Staff leadership and development
- Collaboration with the Board of Directors
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of executive-level experience in nonprofit management
- Experience in strategic planning and fundraising
- Strong financial management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead a diverse team
- Experience working with survivors of abuse
Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field preferred
- Proven track record of successful fundraising and grant writing
- Experience managing budgets and financial reports
- Strong background in nonprofit governance and board relations
Skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Collaborative leadership style
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience with digital marketing and social media
Pay
$80,000–$100,000, based on experience
