Responsibilities
- Lead and evolve the neuroscience communications strategy to align with business goals and deliver measurable impact
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing clear narratives and counsel on key business opportunities and risks
- Oversee comprehensive communications throughout product lifecycles, ensuring global readiness for launches and regulatory events
- Shape the external environment to facilitate successful commercialization through integrated communications and market strategies
- Develop strategies for enhancing visibility and influence of leaders within the neuroscience sector
- Drive enterprise reputation strategy using media and stakeholder engagement to position the company as a leader in brain health
- Measure communication effectiveness by linking efforts to business outcomes and continuously optimizing strategies
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in brand or corporate communications in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry
- Proven track record in developing integrated communications strategies for complex organizations; neuroscience experience preferred
- Experienced in advising senior leadership on complex topics and translating them into compelling narratives
- Strong understanding of regulatory policy, R&D, pricing, and access in healthcare
- Demonstrated ability in shaping external environments for pipeline assets, integrating policy and stakeholder strategies
- Outstanding collaboration skills with experience in cross-functional partnerships
- Exceptional storytelling and communication abilities, including writing and presentation skills
Pay
$256,790 – $311,163 annually
