Responsibilities

  • Lead and evolve the neuroscience communications strategy to align with business goals and deliver measurable impact
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing clear narratives and counsel on key business opportunities and risks
  • Oversee comprehensive communications throughout product lifecycles, ensuring global readiness for launches and regulatory events
  • Shape the external environment to facilitate successful commercialization through integrated communications and market strategies
  • Develop strategies for enhancing visibility and influence of leaders within the neuroscience sector
  • Drive enterprise reputation strategy using media and stakeholder engagement to position the company as a leader in brain health
  • Measure communication effectiveness by linking efforts to business outcomes and continuously optimizing strategies

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in brand or corporate communications in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry
  • Proven track record in developing integrated communications strategies for complex organizations; neuroscience experience preferred
  • Experienced in advising senior leadership on complex topics and translating them into compelling narratives
  • Strong understanding of regulatory policy, R&D, pricing, and access in healthcare
  • Demonstrated ability in shaping external environments for pipeline assets, integrating policy and stakeholder strategies
  • Outstanding collaboration skills with experience in cross-functional partnerships
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication abilities, including writing and presentation skills

Pay

$256,790 – $311,163 annually
