For our client, we are seeking an Executive Director Market Access Strategy Oncology to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will support high-priority business initiatives that require strong execution, sound judgment, and measurable follow-through. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to clarify priorities, solve operational challenges, and move important work forward. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful outcomes while strengthening the systems and habits that support durable performance within a life sciences environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $248,500 – $461,500 annually Responsibilities Create market access strategies aligned with cross-functional teams for optimal product launch Partner with internal experts to analyze market trends and their implications for access strategies Recruit and develop a skilled market access team that embodies organizational objectives Implement access strategies in collaboration with market access and commercial teams Evaluate the impact of policy changes on products with the Public Affairs team Inform organizational leadership about market access opportunities and challenges promptly Develop leading frameworks and tools for customer engagement and access processes Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; MBA, Pharm D, or equivalent preferred At least 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with team leadership skills in a matrixed environment Deep understanding of US healthcare dynamics and pharmaceutical value drivers Ability to distill complex business issues into clear insights and recommendations Strong communication and influencing skills for cross-matrix collaboration Proven organizational skills with a creative approach to solving complex problems Experience in leading teams with a focus on empowerment and high performance Benefits Comprehensive health, life, and disability benefits 401(k) plan with company contribution and matching Generous paid time off, including vacation and personal days Opportunities for performance-based cash incentives and equity awards Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
