Executive Director (LNHA)

About the role

Provide leadership to effectively operate the Skilled Nursing Home's operations. This role involves directing the overall operations of the facility in accordance with customer needs, government regulations, and company policy, with a focus on resident care and employee satisfaction.

You will build the strongest team available in the marketplace and work to achieve the facility’s business objectives, ensuring a clean, safe, dignified, happy, and healthy environment for residents.

Requirements

• Licensed Administrator in long-term care (LNHA) required.
• Proven experience as a Licensed Administrator in long-term care.
