About the role
The Bostonian Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking an Executive Director (LNHA) to lead their team of caregivers.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direct the daily operations of our skilled nursing, long term care units and assisted living apartments.
- Maintain our focus on the organization’s resident-centered mission, vision, and long-term goals.
- Foster a culture of cooperation and teamwork among our clinical, managerial and ancillary teams.
- Oversee hiring and staff management.
- Ensure facility compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Oversee building and safety compliance; provide support during Life Safety surveys.
- Develop and maintain an operational budget within corporate guidelines.
- Interact effectively with governing board, residents, families, staff and visitors.
Requirements
- A current, unencumbered Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license in the state of Massachusetts.
- Prior experience as an Administrator/Executive Director of a skilled nursing facility (SNF).
- Proven track record of achieving successful Department of Public Health and Joint Commission surveys.
